Prize Terms & Conditions

LEGO Set Selection

LEGO sets will be selected by Wesden 47 Holdings LLC (the Sponsor). Winners do not choose specific sets. Sets will be age-appropriate and align with the approximate retail values stated above.

No Cash Alternative

Prizes have no cash surrender value and cannot be exchanged for cash. Prizes are awarded as LEGO products only.

No Substitutions or Transfers

Prizes cannot be substituted, transferred, or assigned to another person. Prizes must be accepted as awarded.

Shipping & Delivery

Prizes will be shipped via standard carrier to the winner's verified US mailing address. Winners are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged prizes after shipment.

Tax Responsibility

Winners are responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes on prizes. The approximate retail value of the prize may be reported to tax authorities as required by law. Consult a tax professional for guidance.

Unclaimed Prizes

If a winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required timeframe, or is found ineligible, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner at the Sponsor's discretion.
